Spanish Wine Tasting

Spain’s wines are so much more than rioja, which was, once upon a time, Spain’s most famous and probably best wine. Today there’s a rich choice.
Spain boasts around three million acres planted in wine grapes, making it the most widely planted wine-producing nation in the World, and the third largest producer of wine in the world.
Who better to talk us through Spanish wine delights than local wine specialists, Cavavin in Rustington, with their gorgeous interior. They’re organising a tasting of Spanish wines for us exclusively.
Exclusively, however, means anyone who loves Spanish wine or culture is welcome to book. It’s important that you book in advance as they are ordering in the wines.
The ‘Classes with Claire’ addition will simply be providing some vocabulary, helping identify where the wine growing regions are and what makes them special. But not invasively - we want to enjoy the wine tasting ! And if it comes to it, priority access will be given to Classes with Claire ‘students’ and their guests.
Despite bringing in wines specially, and the addition of a tiny bit of Spanish language and background, the wine tasting is at Cavavin’s normal wine tasting price, and they’ll be offering special prices to attendees on fabulous Spanish wines to take home. (There will be no hard sell - this is just an extra bonus!)

Join Classes with Claire for an online Christmas Singalong in Spanish.
Belt out all those old favourites, from carols like Silent Night to Spanish versions of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
It will be joyous. It’ll be fun. And it will be all in Spanish!
